Afternoon gems and silhouettes. Waves are 2-3 ft. with inconsistent sets and a moving current to keep your arms burning. Winds have been light off-shore all-day. Photos make it look perfect, but we report it how we experience it in the water. Either way surfing in Nica is a dream come true for any surfer.

When the swell bumps up and nobody notices. Winning! Waves are 3 ft. with smooth faces and shoulders waiting to be slashed. Winds are light off-shore with a smooth ocean surface. Sorry you missed it because we had it to ourselves.. See you tomorrow!
Today was a day to recover from all that paddling during the swell we just had. Waves are 2-3 ft with wind swell keeping it interesting. Winds are on-shore with a slight bump to the ocean surface. It's still fun to get out there and find some turns, if you stayed on land there is always something to do in Nica!
Pinch yourself because it's not a dream. Nica is still firing! Waves are 4-6 ft with great conditions most of the day. There is a bit of a current and the on-shore winds picked up later in the day. If you got out there early, you scored.
Waves everywhere you go. The swell is holding and all breaks are firing. Outer Reef, Popoyo, Mag Rock are on top of our list. Waves are 6-8 ft with larger at the Outer Reef. Winds are perfect off-shore with light on-shore at sunset. If your not here, just watch the live cam and kick yourself you didn't book your ticket!
Waves, waves and more waves... The swell is here and waves are pumping at 6-8 ft. with smooth ocean surface. The beach breaks are heavy and the reefs have some currents, so seek out the best place that suits your skill level. Be safe and get stoked.
Stop hitting that snooze button! Getting on it early pays off.. Waves are 2-3 ft. with slow rollers with fun sections. Clean ocean surface with off-shore winds. Check back as the swell builds to see what is happening!
