Sliding in to perfect shacks was the best x-mas gift you could ask for. Waves are firing 2-3 ft. with some incredible shape. Winds are an light off-shore and the crowds are light. While you wait for Santa Clause, we decided to some sleigh rides at the river mouth.

When the waves are small it's time to search. Waves are 1-2 ft. with a small nugget here and there. Most waves were small whitewash where the beginners can work on the basics. Winds were strong off-shore and protected at El Astillero. Keep you fingers crossed and your shakas loose for tomorrow.

The calm before the next swell. This afternoon waves are 1-3 ft. with some light variable winds. The water is like a bath, so get out there even if the waves are small and soak up the Pacific Ocean in Nicaragua. Check back as the swell increases!
Almond flavored shacks in Nicaragua! The swell is from the south at 2-4 ft. and waves were hollow lefts and easy to make. Conditions had light off shore winds winds with light crowds. There is aways great waves in Nica, you just got to explore!
Early bird gets the waves with the high tide! Swell is 2-4 ft. with firing rights and softer lefts at this beach break. Winds are a light off shore and the water has dropped a few degrees to just enough to keep you from sweating after all the paddling.
