This Guasacate beach house rental offers quality lodging to jump start your Nicaraguan surf vacation. The casa is located in a quiet, secure gated community in front of the Guasacate Beach Break. Playa Guasacate is just outside of Las Salinas in the Popoyo surf region of the Pacific coast. Ideally situated, the casa is close to many quality surf spots, including Popoyo and Santana. Best of all the surf is great just steps out your front door. Our surf casa is great for families or surf groups and can sleep up to six persons comfortably. The first floor master bedroom has a queen bed great for couples and is equipped with a/c. The second bedroom has two twin beds and also is outfitted with a/c. The loft offers sleeping for three and overlooks the entire house and beach. The kitchen is amazing with a large wrap around bar with service to the front deck. The casa has one and a half bathrooms with a hot shower to help you relax after a long day of surfing.
